[FR] Aux Fagnes, un quartier social d'Engis haut, un conseil municipal des enfants a été lancé dans l'école. Les enfants ont décidé de transformer la plaine et de lui donner vie. Le collectif les Frères Poulets a imaginé une résidence in situ de quelques semaines pour "construire une installation réalisée à travers un processus ouvert dont nous ne connaissions que le début : un toit pour protéger les réunions sociales de la pluie et l'envie de créer quelque chose qui interagisse avec toutes les générations et les différents habitants du quartier".

[EN] At Fagnes, a social neighborhood by Engis haut, a Children City Council was launched in the school. The children decided they wanted to transform the plain and bring it to life. Les Frères Poulets came up with the idea of an 'in-place residence of a couple of weeks to build an installation made through an open process where we only knew the beginning: a roof to protect social gatherings from the rain and the envy to create something that interacts with all generations and the different people of the neighborhood.'
